Individual Therapy

Together, we’ll process your experiences from a culturally competent perspective, explore the root of your concerns, and practice effective coping strategies you can confidently use in your daily life. Whether you're seeking support for past trauma, stress, anxiety, or other life transitions, these sessions provide a safe and supportive space for growth and holistic healing.
Family Therapy
Virtual family therapy sessions are 75-minutes long. With a focus on Black families and millennial parents, I understand the unique cultural and generational dynamics that shape your experiences. Trauma-focused family therapy is tailored to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and foster healthier relationships. Whether you're addressing past wounds, managing conflict, or seeking deeper connection, family therapy will offer practical tools and compassionate care that help your family thrive.



Parent Coaching
Parenting comes with its own set of challenges, and sometimes, you just need a little extra guidance to navigate the journey. Virtual parent coaching services are 30-minutes, and designed to empower you with practical strategies, emotional support, and tools to help you confidently navigate parenting challenges. My approach emphasizes not only supporting you as a parent but also addressing the generational differences as a millennial parent, that can influence your relationship with your child, fostering deeper understanding and connection.
